BIO

Jolina “JoJo” Harris joined Special Olympics after moving to Las Vegas with her family from a military base in the Marshall Islands. She competes in swimming (her favorite), basketball, softball, golf, soccer and track and field. The nickname “JoJo” was given to her by her grandmother, named after the fastest fish in the Marshall Islands. She enjoys playing video games and was so excited to be like her brother, a world-class swimmer, by competing on a national stage at the USA Games in Seattle.
